Refund For 4123 was not Received. Do ASAP

This is Sadik Shaikh from Pune.
I have paid 4123 Rs for 40 MBPS 6 Months plan for New Connection.

But due to Technical Issues connection was not successful. So as discussed with customer support on call about Refund.
Request you to kindly Refund my amount ASAP. I have sent Refund Email 15 days ago.
