I just installed Tikona Broadband connection yesterday,
Before the installation, I contacted Tikona customer care regarding new connections & benefits.
They offered me a 6+1 Months plan @ Rs 4713/-
along with,
Free installation
Free Double band router
Undivided bandwidth

Then I requested a speed test, But the sales guy told me that I have to pay first, then Network eng. will come & do the live test demo.
Accordingly, I did the payment & the Network eng came for installation. He installed the connection & a DIR 615 router. I checked the router details on the internet & it shows that DIR 615 is a single band router, having only 2.4 GHz bandwidth. I asked that network eng, he was claiming that DIR 615 is a double band router !!!! :lol:

I am already having a single band router with me. why would I waste my money on the same thing again? Apart from this, I tried connecting two laptops, the bandwidth got divide. Downloads speed reduced to more than half.

My concern is regarding these false commitments only, before the payment, you said YES for my requirements. But afterward, Your support system is not even ready to address my complaints...????? Surely, you will lose your customer base.
