I got tikona wifi installed in/around November 20, 2020. Internet worked for 2-3 days and it hasn't worked until now.
Your technician came but was in vain. My wifi still isn't fixed. And according to your engineer, I'm not provided the power adapter from the first engineer who got it installed.
I trusted the brand name and got 6 months subscription. was it only for this day? My work has been affected so much. Nobody responds from your end properly.
