disconnection of tikona subsription

Hi,

I want to disconnect my current tikona connection having User ID :- 1126630994 as i am going to another location permanently i have called also on customercare number and no one is attending me for my disconnection,

Please note kindly disconnect my connection otherwise i am not be responsible for any bill disputes,
