bad internet speed means worse

Same problem With me i used tikona since 2010. but now i think need to change our service provider. if my problem not resolve in this week i will discontinue with tikona anymore even i have take 1 year subscription. but its not big deal for me if i think about my work at home. i also complained many time but tikona representative only entertain. and close this request. but now i decided if my tikona speed not stay and connection break every 5-6 min i will switch my connection to airtel or jio and never going with tikona anymore. thanks my user id is 1115692611 and Reg mobile no is 9891753815. and alternate no is 9971169223
