Worst internet speed and customer service

I am very disappointed in your service.i have already registered complaint in mytikona app but no one care about this.i have registered and start plan 30 days ago but still my internet is not working. hardly it worked 2 3 days after that 0.80 speed.i want money refund and closed my connection.i am trying to connect from last 25 days with your customer care but no one care about this.i have registred complaint more than 5 times in mytikona app but still no response.i am using 1 year plan but i want disconnect and my money back i will join airetel or jio because tikona is very very worst internet provider i alredy lost 30 days.i am suggesting all that disconnect tikona services they need only money after connection payment they dont care about customer.if you are not taking any action i will register a complaint in mh state consumer dispute redressal commission.i have already sent many mails and complaint ..i want my money back.i lost my job because of this,tikona is a big thif and begger company begging our money.i want my money back.
