Slow Speed and frequent disconction

I had raised a complaint on 22/05/2021 and it is 27/05/2021 and YET THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED. Is this the way you resolve the issue? Does it take this much time to resolve a speed issue or frequent disconnection complaint?
I'M VERY FRUSTRATED with this kind of services and it is affecting my job severely. I'm not at all satisfied from the customer care executives. The issue persist to remain from the past 5 days. This is not at all done!
Assign me an engineer or deal with priority basis. I want the issue to be resolved within couple of hours. I'm on a 40mbps plan and not even getting 2-3mbps. And even if there is speed there is frequent disconnection.
IM very FRUSTRATED. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS AMOUNT OF TIME TO RESOLVE A SPEED ISSUE.
