No internet since Last night and no follow up on service request

Hi

I created technical service ticket yesterday and today full day i tried to reach out to tech support but no one was answering calls and 2 times support agents disconnected my call such poor service and my issue is still not resolved its been 24 hrs and still no response on this request. I need this issue resolved ASAP Callback will be appreciated.
