frequent disconnection

There is frequent connection.
Every time the person say like port is hanged or restart the router or disconnect and connect the wire again.
User cannot do this every time.
Also there is no way to contact customer care once the complaint is filed.
Engineer will not pick up phone.
If we call customer care before filing complaint then complaint will get automatically registered, so call cut. So we cannot talk with customer care in anyway.
Just yesterday I did recharge payment and from today the issue has started.
Please refund whole amount because service is very poor.
