This October i m facing very poor network from Tikona, from day One 3 days no connection is there and after that disconnection occured in every 4 to 5 hours. Every Night disconnection is confirmed. So either disconnection or very slow speed recorded upto 250 kbps. Your help line no. are not working no customer support person is there to attend the call or call is not connected to Tikona.
this is the poorest performance i faced with tikona in my past 6 years of connection.
