I have been using Tikona Service from last 2 years and it has been a pathetic experience day till now.
Tikona has appointment all robbers in diguise of Representative.
Every CSR has been professionally trained to lie & fraud their customers.
I have been promised by Tikona CSR for a Router while installation of Tikona Services ie 2 years back. My complaint has always been recorded but no input of my router or its refund
Every month, my charges for recharge changes without even exceeding the validity period. Every month the CSR has some stupid reason which is irrevelant
To Call the Helpline -186030003434 , the call will be on hold for 15-20 min but the Tikona is no poor that they dont have enough CSR to connect the call.
Sad But regret to use TIKONA Services .
