NO internet connection
Hello,
I have raised a complain on 11th Jan with ticket#1-979988994 for frequent disconnection. There was no response from your team. When i called on 12th Jan, they told that there is some issue and network team needs to look into it. After sometime i get a message that internet connection is working however still there is no working internet .
Can you guys look into this issue and fix it today. If you guys cannot provide service, Kindly refund me the money and disconnect the connection. I am happy to get connection from other service providers who atleast cares for customers.
