Hello Team,
I am having the worst experience as a tikona customer the day I have taken the connection. I have been using your pathetic service for the last 2 months and I have been raising complaints every other week. You guys charge people on timely basis ask from payment every day even charge late fees but never ever bothered to check your service. If you do not have proper bandwidth in a particular location then you should not be providing them service. Just to get money from them you are taking up new connection without proper internet connection.
I want to cancel my internet connection right now. Please give me a call and start the cancellation process.
