Loss of wi-fi connection on regular intervals
Dear Tikona,
This is to inform you that we are facing the wi-fi connectivity issue on regular intervals. There is loss of wi-fi connection for half or a day continued for months.
We have paid for yearly plan for speed of 25 mbps but we are unable to get the same.
Kindly look after the issue and revert us back
