The network here is not up to the mark, and he number provided for customer care is invalid.
The MyTikonaApp is worst, not at all user friendly. I wanted to revoke my services but the gave me discounts and retained me and I paid the agreed amount however I am still getting suspension alert. There is no means I could get faster revert. It is a very disappointing service provider.
