HI All,

I have to say next covid i have also been stressed because of Tikona, there is no sense of ownership, their engineers not visiting my home from last 1 month, I've been logging in complaints but not even a single call from anyone, I did get calls for payment not made though, I have paid for 12 months 60 mbps unlimited plan >10k, for what this nonsense service, I'm so irritated and angry, i am facing extreme issues, cant work from home properly, using my mobile data from phone instead of paying to Tikona for broadband, one of my life's biggest mistakes to trust these guys, I have lost on performance at work because of this internet and in so much stress. i switched to 60mbps plan but still the equipment is not changed, getting not even 1mbps and frequent disconnection, the mytikona app is pathetic, whole experience is shit. Thankyou for robbing me of my hard earned money Tikona
