Still waiting for your Device pickup raised disconnection request on 13th Feb 2022 & same is not completed till now.
Also i have mentioned that i have stopped using internet service on 14th Feb 2022 10 PM because it was my last date of billing cycle and i have paid in advance to use the internet till 14th Feb 2022.
Also i have mentioned this again & again that i will not pay any amount of requested by you as there is delay from your side for processing the disconnection.
I am constantly writing this mail & its being very frustrating for me. Do something ASAP.
