Worst Experience

It has been the worst experience with Tikona, I have been facing the issue of frequent disconnection and have mailed the customer care and escalated to appellate to resolve the query, no movement from the team for the resolution.
End of the day opted for another internet provider & request team 100 times to take away the router yet not revert. Worst customer care & customer service ever.
