We wish to inform you that detailed bill for the current month and previous several months are always readily available on the Self-Care portal, visit: >> Enter UID & Password >> Click on Invoice Summary.

The self-care service is easily accessible on single click from the login-page itself. Thus bills can be directly printed by our customers at any time as per convenience.

In view of this special feature and convenience, Tikona does not print paper bills in conformance to green eco-system.

We can even send bill PDF file via email. We do trust you will appreciate the Self-Care capability of our service.

Regarding your invoice

I am one of the fan of Tikona Internet Service.

* Good Service
* Reliable Network
* Good Customer Care.

But, I am not getting invoice through post. Every month I'm getting invoice through Email. I don't like it.

Why can't you post a letter for invoice.!!

Thats my suggestion only.
