With regards to your concern, we have found that your account was activated on August 24, 2013, the plan opted by you was ADULM2048, monthly unlimited plan. The billing cycle assigned against your account was 15th to 14th of every month, as your plan the charges from 24-Aug-2013 to 14-Sep-2013 were charged to you on prorata basis.

The second and third billing cycles were also charged accordingly.

The disconnection request was received on October 12, 2013, however the last usage was found till October 17, 2013, i.e. between the billing cycle of October 15, 2013 to November 14, 2013 and as the Full & Final Settlement amount is calculated as per the disconnection request received date or last usage date whichever is later, on this basis you have been charged for the billing period of October 15, 2013 to November 14, 2013.

Same has been explained to you on call, we request you to clear the Full & Final Settlement amount in order to avoid payment reminder calls.

Hi,

we have subscribed for the Tikona Services on 23 Aug 2013 with a 2 months of subscription paying 3100/- Rs in advance. but we submitted the disconnection request within 40 days of using and it got disconnected within 02 days of submitting disconnection request. Hence we have used broadband only for around 40 days where paying for 02 months. and at the same time Tikona guy has taken the setup also outside from our flat. Still we have been billed with outstanding amount of 616 Rs and also getting threatening mails/SMS, Calls for payment to be done (Including Penalty for Setup not returned) and to be present at Delhi Court. I have searched on internet and many people has received this kind of fake bills and threatening calls. if this is not getting stopped then we have to take some legal action taking along all the customers. Please let me know asap on this matter.
