conectivity issue

ASHUTOSH VALKE
I have been facing connectivity issues in my connection from 13-11-2013.I wanted to disconnect my Internet connection.I talked to Ashutosh valke in the customer care department.He informed me that he will send an engineer to my house very soon and the problem will be resolved.If its NOT resolved ill switch to another connection.
