disconnection request

i installed the tikona connection on 3rd december,2013,but after that I had complained of speed fluctuations, absolutely low speeds & no service,but you guys are not able to resolve my problem,so i request for dissconnection on 8th dec,2013 and it already 4 days over...still i am not getting disconnection which you promised that i get disconnection in 3 days.if you not able to give proper service then please give speedy disconnection.Give my money back as soon as possible.
