Device stolen by Tikona recovery guys

I posted complaint regarding the device taken away by Tikona Recovery persons without informing me.
In my flat Tikona has installed Multi port receiver device on the roof top. When the other person shifted his room, tikona recovery guys has come and taken away the device without informing me. From 13/12/2013 evening to 15/12/2013 i didnt got the connection. when reported this to call center they asked to file FIR, & pay for new device. hence i did the escalation, as the issue has happened not because of my problem.
15th Dec escalation has raised & same day technical person has come & rectified the issue. My bills are paid till date.
Appreciating the team for fast response.
Hope this kind of activities will not repeat again.
hence am closing this escalation for now
