Hi Tikona,

I am sultan from Chennai my tikona user id is 1108068472,I have been using tikona from march 2013 and I have paid all my bills promptly with no delays.from 2nd October onwards I faced technical issue with internet connection. I have made more than 30 calls to customer service people asking them to resolve the issue. There was no proper response from your end. After raising continuous request, few of my request were processed during the month of October and the request id’s are 1-2880785586,1-2879367071,1-2875703055,1-2863166672,1-2861905594,1-2859497635,1-2857908216,1-2845381101,1-2844062131
. Since I faced problem for the entire month, there was ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNET CONNECTION FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH. Technical people visited my house three times and they were not able to resolve the problem and they said THERE IS NO SIGNAL COVERAGE FOR OUR DEVICE IN THIS AREA. So I went for disconnection on October 23rd and switched to another service provider. On November I handed over my device to service people on receiving the receipt.

Now I’m getting continuous fake calls claiming that i’m lawyer from delhi asking me to pay RS.1770 for month which I have not used internet connection. I have all the proofs from my end to show that I had technical problems with internet connection for the whole of October month. WHY SHOULD I PAY BILL FOR MONTHS YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED INTERNET CONNECTION? WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THE MISTAKE AT YOUR END? YOU PEOPLE WERE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE INTERNET CONNECTION TO PLACE LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF CITY.
I have paid all the amount due on me till my disconnection, I have all the proofs from my end regarding my payment. I have all the calls recorded from your service desk which caused mental trauma. If I continue to get fake calls threatening me then I would use all this as proof to file complaint against your service for causing mental stress. Is this the way you treat the customers? I need an immediate explanation mail from your end and a closure mail to end all your services. Please take immediate action.
