With regards to your concern. we were trying to reach you on your registered mobile number. We request you to respond to our calls in order to help us resolve the same.

Further regarding disconnection request, we have monitored your interactions and observed that last request was closed on 15th Dec ‘13 post your decision to change the plan and observe the services for a month. Please note we do not process requests unless final decision is received from the customers.

Service is really very poor and worst..... Even i placed request 2 times for disconnection but both time they said give us 1 month but everything still same.. :cry:
