i want to know the jurisdiction area so i can send tikona a notice whether Delhi or bangalore

And the reason would be i am fed up of calling tikona i had been doing from last 1 month and still no resolution how patient should i be now already called customer care then given proofs to customercare@tikona.in written to appellate authorites as j.nair@tikona.in

what else do you want me to do is this customer service i don't think so and you expect people to pay the amount on time
