hi tikona
hi first of all want to thank tikona has imrpoved compare to when i have taken this connection first but not the customer care.
i have spoken to few of cust care executives and they tell about some new tariff and upgrade when you want to go for disconnection .
why dont tikona give good customer care like sending an personal email saying with the same money you can get more.
that is transparency and that shows something standing out testimoney fo your company .
anyways i am going for dissconection end of this billing cycle.
