With regards to your concern, we confirm that internet is working fine and same has also been confirmed with you on call.

Further, no issues were observed from the backend.

We have checked and found that your account was activated on November 30, 2013 and the billing cycle assigned to you is 15th to 14th of every month, therefore the charges and the usage applied against your account from 30-Nov-2013 to 14-Feb-2014 is on prorata basis for opted plan ADULQ1024 (Quarterly plan).

We have also found that from 30th Nov 2013 till 5th Jan 2013 you had consumed more than 78Gbs which was the primary usage provided to you on prorata basis, hence from 5th Jan 2013 the secondary bandwidth was applied on your account.

Once your next bill is generated on 15th Feb 2014 you will again receive the primary speed of 1MBPS till completion of your fair usage of 90GBs.

We request you to refer our product brochure and upgrade your data plan to a data plan with higher primary usage in case if the current primary usage is not sufficient for you.
