With regards to your concern, an Engineer visited your premises and confirmed that construction is in progress in your building which will go on for a month due to which proper device installation and wiring is not being possible.

Don't ever install Tikona Net Connection,once they will take money from you,they will not take care about your problems.
I am facing so much problems after installation of Tikona Internet connection,even customer care people are not ready to Dis-connect my connection now.
Worst service ever..... :oops:
