Poor Connection and not possible to pay bills online

I have taken the Tikona Connection Last Week......


Most of the times it is showing Error408 request timed out and Low Connectivity
It takes hours to recharge my mobile online
Is it possible to deliver a continuous connection?
Using facebook and browsing also lot difficult with this connection.

Night times it takes lot of time to connect....I have to reboot the system, disable and enable the modem several times to get it connected :oops: :oops: :oops:

Please resolve it asap
