I got the call from the technician team and they said issue cannot be resolved, as the issue is from Main tower side and requested to close the connection.
Already raise the close connection request from your side.
Waiting for final close statement.

It's very sad being with more than 2 years with tikona now tikona don't care.
As Number of user increase in my area the service become pathetic during Rush hour.
It doesn't matter what plan do you have.

Please send the technician to close the connection.

horrible customer service

I am facing the slow net connectivity issue or even not able to connect to net in a window time from 7.00 PM to 12 PM when the maximum traffic is their.

I have continuously following with customer care and creating each day a new request.Please see the below request numbers, still the issue is not resolved and each time I am getting the different reason for slow connectivity.

The tickets gets closed automatically even bother to just confirm it once is it really resolved.

Issue from main tower side and resolved within next 24 hrs.
Issue from rooftop device and resolved within next 24 hrs.
You are not the only person facing this issue, all user from your area facing this issue.(most horrible reason because next to my building my friend able to access the internet.)

Even senior executive person give the same dam assurance.
