Pathetic Download Speed

Hi,

I have subscribed to 2MBPS plan today.
Im getting download speed of 107 kbps and upload speed of 395 kbps.
Request you to resolve this issue.

Please note that I'm the first person to take tikona connection in my society.
If my issue is not resolved appropriately, I will ensure that no one in my locality will opt for tikona connection and your infrastructure/wiring will be removed immediately from my society.
