Greetings from Tikona.

As checked we have found that you had given request to shift your connection on March 16, 2014 and the last payment done by you was for the billing period of 07-Nov-2013 to 06-May-2014 and when our engineer visited your new location to shift connection the area was found non feasible and as you did not wish to continue with the services at your previous location, your account was processed for disconnection.

Please note that the request for refund will be considered in case of Tikona's inability to restore the connectivity due to reasons such as site out of service, due to permission issues or other situations with similar effect. No refund is applicable in any other cases.

Dear Tikona ,

What the hell,


I have paid for 6month plan on Dec..

Only 4 month gone..

Still 2 month remaining..

Now, I shifted my home, in my new home there is no feasible for Tikona network.. So they disconnected my connection..

but, What about my PAYMENT????? PROCESSS MY REFUND??????

IS IT CHEATING??? RIGHT???
