My Id is 1105208009.
I have been calling Tikona customer care since past 20 days as there has been connectivity issue and no signal at all engineer visited my place for 4 times in the end they told that there is no more feasibility for internet services for my place . I have 1 1/2 month left for my quayerly plan and I ordered to discontinue as they are not providing any resolution and from past 5 days they have been just exclating my problem. As I asked for refund and disconnection. I think its a loot on name of internet .
