With regards to your concern, we confirm that currently you are receiving speed as per the tariff plan opted by you. Also, as discussed, you will observe drop in speed if you connect more than one system as the speed is divided. E.g. as you are using 300 Kbps plan and if you connect two systems simultaneously, approx speed you will receive is 150 Kbps on each system.

If you wish to get higher speed we recommend you to upgrade your plan. Please follow the link below or you can contact us on our toll free number 1-800 209 4276. We will assist you in selecting the best suited plan based on usage and speed requirement.

Hi Manu,

Thanks for solving my problem but it worked only on the LAN and I could not get the WIFI started and the speed was also very low.
