Hi Team,
I regret to take your internet connection as you are providing worst network connection and customer service as well.
We are frequently getting Yellow Triangle and unable to access internet if trying to get support from CSC then they are taking 2 days to resolve issue which could be possible within one minute.
We are under impression that Tikona service is useless may be you people have this policy to make server down so that there will less bandwidth consumption and your CSC is also playing a vital role in irritating customer.

Good going ..If you will continue the same very soon you have to close it off and have to be on road
