No resolution of complaint since 28th March

Hi,
I had raised a complaint for poor speed on 28th March and again on16th April. In Early april, since no resolution was given after repeated followups, I again raised the issue on tikona forum.
The result, has been even more harassing.
Since then, I keep getting calls from tikona (during my office hours) asking me to check whether I am getting good speed at my home or not.
I requested the callers to either call me on weekends, or any weekday by 11:30 so that I can have the connection checked, but the calls always come at odd hours.
The speed, has been more or less the same (300 to max 450 kbps) for a 2 MBPS connection.
I had also, told them while registering the complaint that the speed issue is worse particularly at night.

I can understand bad service and bad technical support are the standards for tikona and unfortunately I am stuck since there are no other service providers in my area.

Is there any way, to stop this customer harassment ?
My customer id is 1107439682 and the latest complaint number is 1-3079649670 (made on 16th April)

No resolution of complaint since 28th March

Hello,
I had raised a complaint (no. 1-30622692941) on 28th March 2014 for persistent issues with speed. Since then, I have followed up with Customer Support multiple times and I have not been provided any resolution.
At one instance, I was told that the complaint has been cancelled.
Every time I call customer support, I am told that it will be resolved within 24 hours.

Kindly clarify, if tikona would bill me for the days when they are not able to provide any service as well and how long this customer harassment will continue?
