REQUIRED: OMBUDSMAN /complaint escalation CONTACT Details

I am looking for a good service provider and was checking out on Tikona - came across a user with a complaint who is unable to get redress from the Customer care team but has no escalation recourse.

Your website has lot of information but I could not find any grievance / complaint handling path outlined. Only Customer care info. ( So if one is NOT satisfied with Customer care one is helpless ? Or is there a higher level WITHIN THE COMPANY ? )

Good companies have a well defined and publicly declared path to address customer complaints.
May be you have one too...
Can somebody share the contact particulars and related details???
