Connection Speed is horrible

Hi,

I'm user of Tikona of 4mbps plan and even though I pay each bill regularly, I don't get the mentioned speed and nowadays not even 2 mbps because of which I face many issues.


I request you to lift the quality of the service you provide and also the technical support nowadays customer is not able to talk to your representatives because of which, customer is not able to explain the exact issue which he/she facing.

I request you to look into the matter ASAP to provide better customer experience.
