I am using the 6 mbps plan however to watch 4K and UHD Content on Amazon Prime and Netflix you need minimum 25 mbps connection speed. Please upgrade the Speed accordingly for us to watch those content. 6mbps is good enough for 720P but not good enough for 1080P streaming. At times the resolution drops.
