Removal of Internet Connection from home

Dear Sir,
I hava a wifi Tikona broadband connection in home vide number 1114911699 since long. Now we are going to shift permanently to other state. I requested many times to customer care but no suitable responsible reply receiving me. I want to remove the existing connection within another 3-4 days thereafter we will not be available. An early action is requested. My mobile No is 9xxxxxxxxx.
