To report any technical issue, call our customer care number 1860-3000-34¬34 and Press option 1 (Technical issue).
• After you press option 1 for Technical Issues, you will be asked to select appropriate option i.e. For Connectivity Issue Press 1 and for Speed related issue press 2.
• Base on the issue faced, select the required option.
• Your TT will be automatically registered in your account. You need not wait anymore!
Please be rest assured that your TT will be attended within 2hrs.
Next steps Tikona will follow after registering your complaint:
• We will conduct a detailed check of the entire circuit from Tikona network upto your home connection using diagnostics tools from the back-end.
• Please track the sms update you will receive within 2hrs and steps taken to solve it.
• If network issue is observed, we will fix the issue from our end and will inform you of the time frame. This may not require an Engineer Visit.
• If CPE or cabling / IT issue is found at your end, we will assign an engineer to visit you.
• Once the registered complaint is resolved, you will get an sms confirmation.
• On receiving the resolve sms confirmation, if you still notice some issue, you can call us within 24hrs of resolve sms confirmation, so that we can connect your call directly to our on call tech support engineer.
