This problem might not be new for user but just want to discuss it to have awareness.
In some cases, Vista OS user not able to get IP address whereas with same Tikona setup any other OS system works properly.
Cause: In Windows Vista, the BROADCAST flag in DHCP discovery packets is not disabled. Therefore, non-Microsoft DHCP servers cannot process the DHCP discovery packets.
This problem is not just for Tikona connectivity as it is due to non Microsoft DHCP servers.
