selfcare portal does not give balance GB in your account..!

Dear sir,

As i stated in subject it is evident that portal does not give balance GB in your account..! And once it is exhausted then they say that it is exhausted..! what is problem if they show as and when user logged in to self care portal.? what is use of such self care portal which does not give balance GB in one's account..?


On the contrary executives of tikona are good and well behaved but online portal needs lot of improvement. If one wants to recharge then, after doing payment, you need to wait till it gets activated..!

Tikona people should improve on online portal and add 1) information on balance GB 2) online instant recharging with specific voucher, not just online payment..!
