Dear Sir,

I wanted to share some problems of selfcare portal & give some suggestions regarding the services.

The problems are as follows:
1. We are not able to open Tikona Selfcare Portal from Internet Explorer,Mozill Firefox,Opera Browser etc.We are only able to open it from Google Chrome.If we want to open through Any Browser other than chrome we have to write then only we can open the site.It is not getting directly opened by entering

2.When ever we open selfcare portal and login in it we are getting loged in,when we click on tools & then click on session history option one blank white rectangle is getting opened.i have attached the screenshot.every time we have to right click on session history and click on Open in new tab then only we are getting the from & to date option.

3. In the login page there is the option of Usage History but when ever we click on it we are getting the error HTTP Status 404. In the login page options/links like Change password & Usage History etc are not working.plz update that links/options..with the new selfcare portal.

Please resolve all the problems of Selfcare Portal & Update the links of Change Password,Usage History etc. in the login page..

Suggestions regarding Several Services:
1. Since Launch of Tikona Services in 2008 the login page is same as in has not been updated or redesigned or modified.The tikona login page should also be modified as the Tikona Website & Tikona Selfcare Portal is modified.
2. We are not able to open tikona website from mobile.. we are getting the message Thankyou For reaching us.Our mobile version will be launched soon..So i request you to please launch the mobile version as soon as possible.
3. Tikona should also bring the mobile application, so that we can be able to login,pay bills ,view the session history etc through the mobile application.
4. In the session history in the Selfcare Portal we are able to see the User id,Start Time,Duration,IP address,Total Usage,Bandwidth Policy Id..But in that you must add the mac address option so that we can also be able to see the data consumed from the particular macaddress.
5. Please launch Quarterly,Half Yearly & Annual Plans...
6. In the Selfcare Portal we are able to see the status of the requests & complaints registered but we are not able to see the detail of the complaint or request registered,we are only able to see the request number,request status & creation Date..Please bring the facility that we can see the details of the complaint or request registered..
