Dear All,

I would like to thank you all for understanding and resolving the concern.

Special thanx to the agent Mr Yadav (I believe), he was excellent and had total understanding of the complain and solved it to the root.

I appreciate the effort and respect you guys have shown towards resolving the complaint.

Thank you for help one last thing i would like to inform that still when i login to access internet it shows me a flash message to pay the due....would be a great help if you can remove that flash message.
