The Tikona Engineer assigned to my complaint has resolved the issues I was facing with the connection (Complaint Number 3150177). He has replaced the router after identifying that the faulty router was the issue. Please note that over a period of about 2 weeks, the Customer Care Department had kept informing me that the issue was with the Network even though I had pointed out to them that I was sure that the problem was with the router. If the Engineer had been assigned earlier as per my request, the issue could have been resolved sooner without having to have approached this forum and without having to send in complaints via e-mail to the Manager and to the Customer Care e-mail id.

Nonetheless, what I wanted to point out is that, after the Engineer was assigned to look into the complaint, the service provided was both quick as well as effective and hence quite impressive. Thank you for the same.
