Our team member tried to contact you with regards to your query, however there was no response from your end.

Please note that you can always make online payment from any computer with internet excess.
Request you to please refer the below given procedures for making online payment from your end.

Online Payment through Selfcare Portal:

Visit: >> Billing and Payments -> Make payment -> Payments.

Online Payment through Quick Bill pay.

Visit: >> Enter UID >> Enter Amount >> Click on Submit for processing the online payment.

Dear Concerned,
Request you to please upgrade your system for making Online payments from any Computer or Laptop as currently user can only make payments from the system where Tikona is connected. From any other system the payment gateway could be connected.

Secondly there is lot of harrasment from Tikona accounts for the payment even though the due date 1-2 weeks away. There was one instance where I received a call regarding payment follow-up when even my bill was not generated!! I immediately reported the matter to Tikona help center.

Please look into the matter and I hope you will come out with a postive solution and better experience for your Customers at large!
