I am using ADULM1024 plan of 1 mbps and surprisingly I am getting speed of only 300 to 380 kbps only. When I called customer care the guy from tikona says that you will get speed only upto 1 mbps. What the hell is this

The sales guy from Tikona said that this is an Unlimited Plan and there will not be any speed downgrade at any time.

You guys are making fool out of customers.
