Best Customer support

The sales guy was a fraud, he sold me a 3 months plan of 2150 INR for 2000 INR by telling me that he has given me an additional discount and so I paid online and my account had a balance of 2000 INR but in order to avail this scheme my amount was falling short by 150 INR. I raised a complain (1-4509261812) and the CSE named Chaitanya helped me in resolving this issue,he asked me to pay the the deficit amount of 150 INR ( which I paid ultimately, so there was no discount) and he was following up with me regularly and also called me up to inform me that the issue has been resolved. I am really happy with his sincere efforts and service, he did what a CSE is actually supposed to. I reported this issue before also but the other CSEs were unable to help me and my case was closed.

Also I would like to request Tikona to employ honest people as their sales agents and take action against the person responsible in my case, he did not disclose his real name as I came to know but I have his phone number which is 9930858126, I will be happy if he is fired coz he said very confidently 'Complain Kar Do Mujhe koi Fark nahi Padega'
